Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g. by email to returns@ycbd.uk or by post) before the 14-day cancellation period expires. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened CBD consumables (oils, tinctures, capsules, gummies) unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Topical products (balms, creams, serums) must be returned unused and sealed. You are responsible for ensuring goods are adequately packaged for return shipment.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at returns@ycbd.uk within 30 days of receipt. Please include:
We will offer a full replacement or complete refund at no cost to you, including covering the cost of return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (e.g. back to your credit/debit card or PayPal account). We will email you to confirm when your refund has been processed.
